PP2 Graduating Class of 2026 – Celebrating the Stars of 2026.
This year at Keneni Stars Academy, we joyfully celebrated a significant milestone as 31 bright Stars from PP2 (Pre-Primary 2) successfully completed their pre-primary education.
These young learners have grown in knowledge, character, and confidence, and after the successful completion of Term 3, they are now fully prepared and excited to step into Grade 1.
We proudly call them the Stars of 2026. Their graduation marks not just the end of one chapter, but the beautiful beginning of their formal primary school journey. Each of these 31 children has shown remarkable progress, and we look forward to watching them shine even brighter in the years ahead.
Alongside the PP2 celebrations, the school also held a special Prayer Day dedicated to our Grade 6 class of 23 learners. This was a meaningful moment of reflection, thanksgiving, and intercession as these older students prepare for the important academic challenges that lie ahead.
The prayer service was led by the Rev. Reuben Koech, AGC Regional Bishop, Bomet, who brought a powerful message of faith, guidance, and encouragement to the entire school community. We were deeply honoured to welcome as our guest of honour the County Executive Committee Member for Education, Youth and Vocational Training (CECM), Bomet County – Hon. Patrick Maritim.
In his address, Hon. Patrick Maritim highly commended the school, stating:
This is the right direction that Keneni Stars Academy has taken – international collaborations that change the local people – and its impact is seen in the community.
He went on to strongly encourage the Grade 6 learners to remain focused, work diligently, and excel in their examinations so that they can open doors to greater opportunities in their education and future lives.
The event was warmly and widely attended by parents, all the teachers, members of the surrounding community, and of course the learners themselves. The atmosphere was filled with joy, pride, and unity as the school family came together to celebrate these important milestones.
Throughout the programme, the learners presented a variety of uplifting songs and thoughtful poems that reflected the values of the school. One particularly special and memorable presentation was delivered by Dayne from Grade One. In his piece on Manners, Dayne reminded everyone of the simple yet powerful truths that good manners make a real difference, and that listening carefully is an important way of showing respect to others. His confident and sincere delivery captured the hearts of all present.
We give thanks to God for the success of this special day. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to every parent, teacher, community member, and well-wisher who supported the event and continues to walk with Keneni Stars Academy.

You have made us proud. We celebrate you as you move forward into Grade 1 with bright eyes, open hearts, and great promise.
