Our learners took part in the 5th Annual Creative Writing Competition, themed “Describe an Object That Is Special to You.”
The competition gave students a valuable opportunity to showcase their creativity, imagination, and writing skills. Through creative writing, learners develop stronger communication abilities, sharpen their critical thinking, build confidence in expressing personal ideas, and learn to organize thoughts clearly and persuasively. These skills support academic success and personal growth well beyond the classroom.
This year, the competition was tough! The Judge Connie Mann, renowned author working alongside Lift-the-Lid, Inc. (USA) carefully reviewed every learner’s essay, providing thoughtful comments and individual feedback to encourage and guide our young writers.
Sara Goff, author and founder of Lift-the-Lid, a global educational non-profit, recognized the outstanding performance of the top writers by awarding partial scholarships to support their education.
