Environmental Club

At Keneni Stars Academy, our Environmental Club empowers learners to become responsible stewards of God's creation. Through hands-on activities and engaging projects, students develop a deep appreciation for the environment and learn practical ways to protect it.

Club members participate in tree planting, waste management initiatives, and gardening projects that bring environmental lessons to life. By growing their own vegetables and caring for trees, learners experience the value of hard work and sustainable living. These activities foster a sense of responsibility and respect for the environment that lasts a lifetime.

Our Environmental Club nurtures the next generation of environmental leaders equipping them with knowledge and skills to drive positive change in their communities. Through group projects, nature walks, and awareness campaigns, students learn to care for their surroundings and become ambassadors of conservation. As NEMA Director General Mamo reminds us, "Environmental education allows us to acquire the desired knowledge skills attitude and values that we need to protect our environment".
