At Keneni Stars Academy, Upper Primary spanning Grades 4 to 6, marks a pivotal stage in our learners' educational journey. This is a time of transition, growth, and discovery, where students move from building foundational skills to mastering core competencies that prepare them for the challenges of Junior Secondary School and beyond.

During these years, learners develop greater academic independence, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Our curriculum, rooted in the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), challenges students to go beyond memorization and apply their knowledge in meaningful ways. Through inquiry-based learning, collaborative projects, and hands-on activities, we encourage our learners to ask questions, explore ideas, and take ownership of their education.

Upper Primary learners explore a broad and enriching curriculum that includes English, Kiswahili, Mathematics, Science and Technology, Social Studies, Religious Education, Creative Arts, Physical and Health Education, Life Skills, Agriculture, Home Science, and optional Foreign Languages. This well-rounded approach ensures that every student discovers their strengths and develops a love for learning across multiple disciplines.

Beyond the classroom, we provide diverse opportunities for learners to grow in character, leadership, and service. Through sports, clubs, music, arts, and community engagement, we nurture the whole child—mind, heart, and spirit. Our learners are encouraged to take on leadership roles, work as teams, and develop the confidence to express themselves and make a positive impact in their communities.
